Operational Buyer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from requisition through delivery, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary duties will include evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and placing orders for goods and services essential to our business. You will also monitor inventory levels, analyze market trends, and work closely with various departments to forecast purchasing needs and align supply chain strategies with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management. You should have a track record of building and maintaining relationships with vendors, as well as the ability to make data-driven decisions. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. You must be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively across departments while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
