We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production & Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing production schedules, monitoring workflow, and optimizing resource allocation to meet production goals. You will lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
As a Production & Quality Manager, you will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality assurance protocols. This includes conducting regular inspections, analyzing production data, and implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and customer service, to address any quality issues and drive initiatives that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems will be essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role. Proven leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. Experience with quality certifications such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
