We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Materials & Processes Engineer with expertise in Additive Manufacturing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing materials and processes that drive innovative solutions in the additive manufacturing space. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance our manufacturing capabilities, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your duties will include conducting material characterization and performance testing, developing and validating processing parameters, and implementing best practices to enhance production efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in materials science and engineering, with a focus on additive manufacturing technologies such as SLS, SLM, or FDM. You should have hands-on experience with 3D printing materials, including polymers, metals, and composites, and be proficient in using CAD software and simulation tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems are essential. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor junior engineers, lead cross-functional projects, and contribute to the development of technical documentation and reports. A Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, is required.
