We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our Global Spare Parts Warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency and ensure the seamless flow of spare parts. Your primary duties will include conducting process assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inventory management, logistics, and quality assurance, to develop and standardize best practices that align with our organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process engineering, preferably within a warehousing or logistics environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement. Proficiency in data analysis and experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies will be essential to your success in this position. Additionally, excellent communication and project management skills are critical, as you will be tasked with training staff on new procedures and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse.
