We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and ensure product quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze production workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop innovative solutions. Key duties include conducting time studies, developing process documentation, and performing root cause analysis to address any production issues. You will also be responsible for evaluating new technologies and equipment to improve manufacturing capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are crucial for success in this role. You will be expected to mentor junior engineers and provide training on best practices and safety protocols.
