Ongoing support and upskilling
_nology covers the cost of holiday & sick leave, payroll tax, insurance, training and background checks. They receive regular ongoing technical and professional skills training from our coaches, industry certifications and our dedicated support team.

Through our Bespoke Training solution, we attract and assess specific kinds of individuals for our partners, and tailor the _nology program to their exact tech stack and culture-fit. It’s our way of ensuring we fulfil business needs with our best-in-class tech talent.

  • You tell us what tech skills you need and provide us with no. of roles reserved for our tech consultants upon completion of their training.
  • Through co-branded attraction campaigns, we identify and assess individuals who qualify as best culture fit for you, so that we can train them in your exact tech stack.
  • We deliver a 12-week tech training course and support our tech consultants prepare for their placement with you including project work and mentor pairing
  • Tech consultants are placed in the pre-agreed contract roles, and we provide ongoing mentorship and upskilling throughout their placement.
  • Clients have the option to hire our tech consultants permanently at the end of the placement period.

Marketing, Assessment & Selection

Onboarding and Pre-Course Training
40+ hours of online, pre-course training is supplied to ensure all trainees start the live training with a standardised foundation in web fundamentals, developer tooling, and version control.

12 Week Training Course
60 days of specific immersive training. 500+ hours of practical coding experience. Multiple personal group projects. Real business project, built with the support of your stakeholders.

Post Course Support

Post-course review with role guidance. Feedback meetings with line managers. Ongoing access to curriculum and learning materials.
